The highest-rated medical negligence solicitors in Liverpool

At Patient Claim Line, we understand just how sensitive medical negligence can be. Whilst the majority of patients receive a good standard of care from the NHS and private clinics, for the small number who experience negligent care, the impact can be life-changing. If you’re based in Liverpool and think you have received substandard medical care from a local hospital or Trust, then our specialist medical negligence team can help. Our nationwide solicitors cover Liverpool and the surrounding areas, and can guide you through every step of the legal process.

What is medical negligence?

Medical negligence is when a medical professional or institution provides a substandard level of care or treatment. If medical negligence has caused you harm, pain or suffering; or resulted in further injury or worsened any pre-existing conditions, then you could be entitled to make a medical negligence claim. When you undergo medical treatment, you put your trust and health in the hands of the medical professional who is treating you. So, it can be devastating when the treatment doesn’t go as planned due to negligence or avoidable mistakes.

At Patient Claim Line, our solicitors are not just lawyers – they are medical negligence specialists who are experienced in investigating poor patient treatment. They fully understand the pain and suffering that can be caused by negligent care. Regardless of whether you received your treatment on the NHS or in private facilities, if you have experienced pain or suffering as a result of negligent care, then you could be eligible to make a claim.

Sarah's Story

"Now we have peace of mind"

My husband, Nick, went back and forth to the doctors for a long time and tried everything the doctor recommended. But his illness got worse, to the point that he was in agony.

In the end we got so desperate that we asked for a referral. The doctor was reluctant, so we had to consult a private hospital. That’s when we found out there was a tumour. It took years from the onset of his illness to finally start cancer treatment.

He used to be a man with a lot to live for, but in the end he was in so much pain that he withdrew from the family. He became angry that nobody had helped him sooner, and the legal team were able to give him the validation that he was desperately seeking. The NHS confirmed if they had done more, Nick would still be alive today.
