PATIENT CLAIM LINE AND FLETCHERS SOLICITORS

Patient Claim Line is a trading name of Fletchers Solicitors Ltd. When a call is made to Patient Claim Line, it will be answered by Fletchers Solicitors Ltd.

Medical Law Network is a trading name of Fletchers Solicitors Ltd.

Fletchers Solicitors Ltd, under the trading name of Medical Law Network, has entered into agreements with a number of law firms to provide legal services to customers of Patient Claim Line.

Claims arising from an enquiry to Patient Claim Line will be handled by Fletchers Solicitors Ltd or one of the firms who have entered into a collective marketing agreement with the Medical Law Network.

The number and identity of the firms who have entered into this collective marketing agreement will vary from time to time.

Under this agreement, member firms agree to pay a contribution to Fletchers Solicitors in respect of marketing and service costs.
