Initial consultation was very positive…

Initial consultation was very positive wirh feedback to state that it appears I did have a claim. It would however seem that these people are unqualified and are call centre staff as I received an e mail to state that they were unable to represent me. It appears that prolonged pain and suffering for a delayed diagnosis is not enough and in reality I should have died or lost a limb before a claim can been made. Given false hope by inexperienced staff !!!

Very Poor. Do not bother

Very Poor. Do not bother They listened to my negligence story and took notes, which took a considerable amount of time. I was told that a specialist would be calling me back within the week. They never bothered to call and apparently sent me an email instead. When I spoke to them on the phone they said they were not able to pursue my case because the claim was outside the 3-year limit. It was clear from the first conversation I had with them that I was claiming for something that happened over 3 years ago and so they just unnecessarily wasted my time and gave me false hope. This seems rather incompetent and I would not recommend such an amateur company. I should have read the reviews above.
