After filling in form on line , I asked to be called back the next morning , i was called back made to feel at ease and at a time that was right for me , the gentleman I spoke to listened and took details promptly and explained fully what would happen next , I'm now pursuing my claim with a solicitor, and so would definitely recommend Patient Claim Line .
