Georgia Briscoe, Director of Medical Law Services and Fletchers Partner, boasts over two decades of experience in the legal field, having specialised in clinical negligence.  Through her dedication, leadership, and strategic vision, Georgia plays a pivotal role in shaping Fletchers’ legal services, driving growth, and ensuring excellence.   

In her role, Georgia is responsible for overseeing the performance and strategy of the Medical Law Services business, ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality legal services that support the clinical negligence and serious personal injury sectors. 

With over 20 years of experience as a solicitor, Georgia’s journey within Fletchers has been marked by significant achievements. Initially serving as our Director of Clinical Negligence for seven years, Georgia then transitioned into a more strategic role as Director of Legal Strategy and Operations. In this capacity, she drove operational change and managed key projects throughout the business, ultimately laying the groundwork for the creation of Medical Law Services — a successful business unit within the Fletchers Group that Georgia now leads and continues to develop. 

Georgia’s areas of expertise include clinical negligence and navigating industry changes. Her career highlights include the growth and leadership of a highly successful Clinical Negligence Team, which earned recognition as the Clinical Negligence Team of the Year at the prestigious Personal Injury  Awards in November 2021.  Additionally, Georgia takes pride in identifying areas for improvement, driving change and witnessing innovative ideas come to fruition, resulting in profitability, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
