Tim Moulton

Tim is a Partner and Head of Clinical Negligence, as well as Head of our Liverpool office. In this senior leadership role, he supports the wider business by managing and developing highly skilled clinical negligence solicitors across the firm.

Specialising in claims involving orthopaedic injury and loss of fertility, Tim has worked throughout his career on cases ranging from modest-value claims to complex, multi-million-pound clinical negligence matters, achieving successful outcomes for some of the most vulnerable clients and families.

Alongside his casework, Tim oversees the technical legal standards of his teams, ensuring excellent client care at every stage of the litigation process. A passionate and collaborative leader, he drives performance, efficiency, and growth, while empowering team leaders to deliver both client and business objectives.

Tim works closely with other departments, acting as a key point of contact for external partners including Counsel and specialist agencies.
