Parbeen is a Partner and Solicitor in our Medical Negligence Department, bringing extensive experience in representing clients who have suffered life-changing injuries.
She specialises in all forms of birth injury work and has developed a strong focus on women’s health. Alongside her legal practice, Parbeen actively supports organisations such as Tommy’s, which funds research into stillbirth, premature birth and miscarriage, and the Child Brain Injury Trust, which assists families and professionals supporting children affected by acquired brain injury. Her dedication to these causes reflects the commitment she brings to achieving outstanding outcomes for her clients.
Parbeen is deeply invested in guiding clients throughout the entire claims process. She works closely with case managers, medical experts and other professionals to ensure her clients’ needs are fully addressed and to secure the highest level of compensation possible.

Notable Cases
Anonymised case: The client sustained a GMFCS level 5 birth injury following a negligent delay in his birth. Parbeen and her team served an early letter of claim and liability was established in full when the client was aged 18 months. Interim payment received in excess of £1.3 to date and estimated value of the claim in excess of £20 million.
Anonymised case: Acting on behalf of her birth injury client who sustained hypoxic injury at birth leading to neurodevelopmental problems. Achieved a pre-trial settlement of £1.5 million lump sum plus PPO.
Anonymised case: Acting on behalf of her client who sustained ACL, MCL and PCL tears requiring repair and revisionary surgeries. Achieved a settlement of £100,000.
Anonymised case: Acted on behalf of her diabetic client who underwent above knee amputation following mismanagement of an ulcer on his foot. Achieved a settlement of £250,000.
