Kieran is a Clinical Negligence Solicitor based in our Leeds office, where he handles a diverse range of clinical negligence cases.

He is committed to providing high-quality legal services to his clients, drawing on his strengths in problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

After qualifying as a solicitor in 2023, Kieran then transitioned full-time into clinical negligence. Kieran finished his Law degree with an array of awards, achieving the highest mark in his cohort. During his training contract, he gained experience across various practice areas, including clinical negligence, solidifying his passion for this field.

Kieran’s main areas of interest are cancer delay cases and GP negligence, although he deals with a wide variety of cases. His interest in clinical negligence began at the age of 15 during a work placement, where he first realised his desire to pursue a career as a clinical negligence solicitor.

The client suffered medical negligence following a delayed diagnosis of thyroid cancer. The client experienced a six month delay in starting their treatment, leading to additional pain and suffering. Despite liability being denied in full, a settlement of £25k was achieved for the client.
