Emma is a Partner, Solicitor and Head of Clinical Negligence. She assists with the overall running of the department and oversees the Clinical Negligence teams at the Leeds office including the teams operating under the Minton Morrill trading style.

Emma has specialised in clinical negligence for over a decade. She has a determined to represent clients who don’t have a voice and to make a difference to their lives.  For over a decade she has provided high quality, potentially life altering legal representation to hundreds of clients across a wide range of clinical negligence claims.
