Alison’s extensive experience spans 20 years in both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, with a specialisation in the latter for the past 15 years. Joining Fletchers Solicitors in 2015 as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, she swiftly advanced to the position of Head of Department in 2016, demonstrating her exceptional leadership and legal acumen.

In her current role, Alison is responsible for leading teams dedicated to handling cases involving spinal, brain, and birth injuries, as well as those involving amputations. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing collaborative relationships with NHS Resolution and their Solicitors, ensuring fast, fair, resolution for our clients.

Alison’s proudest achievement lies in the collaborative relationship she has fostered with NHS Resolution over the past six years. Through Resolution meetings and dedicated efforts, Alison and her team have secured over £18 million in compensation, exemplifying her commitment to securing justice and support for clients in their time of need.
