Acceptable Experience with the Company

I share the experience that I have with others, I could recommend to others who are in similar situation to solicit for assistance from them.The Company are very good in their Job by ensuring that the medical patient negligence is claim for the victim of negligence by the medical Practitioners.This will make the medical Practitioners to take their Job seriously by doing the appropriate things. knowing fully well that the life of their patient is their hand, any error can lead to unexpected situation, which the Patient will have to live with; for the rest of his or her life.

Wonderful friendly service

Having made the decision to call patient claim I was completely taken aback by their wonderful friendly service. They made me feel very calm and listened to everything I had to say. I was called back the next day to set up meeting with solicitors and everything was taken care of. I am now dealing with just the solicitors but I'm so very grateful to Cameron at Patient Claim for sorting everything out for me.... he even had to calm my nerves when he called just before a surprise birthday trip on a terrifying zip wire!!! Great times and as I have said truly great service x x

Everyone has been so professional and efficient!

I cannot believe how quickly this has progressed! I only saw the advert last week and I gave Patientline a call.They arranged to call me back the next day and we agreed to communicate via Email. I filled in the questionnaire that evening and the very next day they advised me that my claim was being reviewed by the senior solicitor on Monday.I received a call on Monday to explain the no win no fee criteria and I had someone call to my house on Weds to help me complete the forms.I am now in the hands of a solicitor who has requested my medical records. I would never have believed that all this would happen in the space of a week!!!Fantastic service

Fantastic customer service

From first speaking to patient claim line I was dealt with care and compassion I was given all the right information and I felt like if I had any further questions I could ask without hesitation A solicitor called me within 24 hours to say the claim was being took on and again gave me all the relevant information
